Job: Branch Manager

Description: Our client, a leading provider of contract security services is seeking a Branch Manager for its operations in the Houston, Texas area. A growing provider with locations nationwide, we are assisting them in the search for an experienced security management professional to direct and oversee operations in Houston. Responsibilities: Ensure customer satisfaction through regular contact with clients to meet and exceed customer needs and service standards. Develop, select and train your staff in collaboration with Human Resources to make certain they are of the highest caliber to deliver high quality customer service. Establish a positive, supportive professional environment that remains in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures. Oversee and analyze day to day financial and performance indicators to continuously improve Branch performance and achieve business development objectives. Requirements: 3-5 years of successful management experience in contract security with a proven track record of results. College degree and/or CPP preferred, High School diploma or GED required. Professional appearance with strong interpersonal communication skills and ethics * Proficient computer skills Ability to pass a drug and criminal background screening free of past criminal convictions.
