The VP of International Operations will direct and manage a portion of the firms international portfolio. Leading a staff of local managers you will direct and develop the full performance of the region, including security operations, profit and loss, administration, marketing/business development and customer service. Directing the local region staff you will oversee human resources practices of hiring, training, increasing employee retention and training.  You will also have oversight of policy and procedure, ensuring they are being implemented properly while, monitoring productivity, revenue  and growth targets, customer service and retention.

CORE COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

* Five years of progressive growth in security management with international experience

* Direct responsibility for a portfolio of business of $50-$100 million dollars

* Bachelor or Master’s degree

* Excellent interpersonal communication skills

* Willing to travel up to 50% as required
